Video will show wall damage from move out, nail holes not repaired correctly. Tenant uses silicone caulking leaving a bigger mess.
Cleaning with dirty rags, dirty rag streaks and smearing through out, no deep cleaning was done. Again, spot cleaning and here and there cleaning will not work, it has to be deep cleaning, not broom cleaned.
Cat fur throughout, all over blinds, etc. Damaged carpet from cat. See sub paragraph 5 of lease.
You can see from the video that the cleaning was done quickly, smearing and streak marks and here and there cleaning, to see if it will fly and be good enough.
We had to re clean everything.
